We are a group of four investors who the global economy hit hard and have not been able to keep up an ideal contributory momentum.
However the spirit is till there and we are exploring options like letting other investors in to revamp our company (registered in kenya)to a more dynamic entity like an open ended mutual fund with a minimum membership period of 3yrs and dealing mainly in real estate, private placement and OTC investments.
Now, Is there anyone with opinions on how to deal with open ended funds as well as entry and exit strategies that do not scare existing shareholders?
ideas are welcome.
