Kenya will Not be able to achieve much Economic Growth in the near future if the current trend continues. We've opted for Corruption against Developement and It's strange that even beneficiaries of the worst ever scandal that shook the very base of our financial systems Mr. George Saitoti is still very much in public service and holding a 'senior' portfolio in govt for that matter. He is the one who fine-tuned the Scheme together with Pattni inorder to defraud the country such massive public funds.

On the other hand, the likes of Kiraitu, the expected reformists, can no longer tell their right hand from the left, where as for Karua really embarassed herself defending the shambolics of what was the 2007 elections.

I don't see any of the current politicians bringing any meaningful change in this country and its time we removed all our focus on these 'normal' politicians like Agwambo with his usual theatrics playing to western countries or the opportunistic Kalonzo.

Kibaki has taken Impunity to another level and his tolerance to corruption is very amazing. Makwere,Saitoti and almost half of that Cabinet should've been dropped a long time ago,but as it is Kibaki never gives a sh*t about what you think.

I now fully support Annan in Arm twisting these leaders back to sense. We MUST have a new constitution before 2012 election, maybe then we'll have a chance. Check out the link below, takes away our pride of being Kenyans!

Just curious, what happened to the song of CHANGE? As 4me,this is what I xpected after the 2008 historic debacle. A govt hastily n conveniently hatched to stop bloodshed...Ministers appointed so that they stop killing. What more did u xpect??

Can silence be misquoted?

corruption is just a way of life for kenyans. The younger generation might actually be worse. They/we have seen these older buggers 'EAT' with impunity since we were of the age of understanding. Look for example at KRA. Fired most old guns and now the young mboys and gaos are eating their fill. It is no surprise some of their tax auditors earn like 50k and drive lexus, own houses in good areas of tao etc......how???

Kenya is at the mercy of God. May he send us a saviour. We need one, nothing short of divine intervention will rescue our beloved nation. Notice how even the newspapers sometimes dont write Kenya with capital letter starting? Corruption has damaged the nationhood of our country so much,we have lost the pride of being Kenyans which is the only way to build patriotism.

There are stilla few good pple of integrity. Mungu saidia Kenya! Prayers ndio nchi inahitaji more than anything else.

Now rAO wants external guys to come evaluate govt performance. Even he knows we cant rely on our own to deliver the verdict as it is....
