The way I see it, only govt rights plus a decimal amount will be available and I wouldn't count on getting the govt ones for a song. BBI will solve it :)

Most buys were tageting a 202-208 prices when th sell orders hoped for a 210 region price. In tommorrows trading, this would have been corrected and we'll see a more uniform trend. African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'
