There has been a lot of hullaballoo about the term of the current parliament ending in December 2012. My understanding of the new constituition is there will always be a parliament in session meaning despite election being held , parliament continues to sit. Am I wrong? If this is the scenario, MPigs can hold elections in August 2012 and continue sitting until Dec 2012 when the new MPigs are sworn in.
