So if the start of restrucuring (rightts, sharesplit and conversion is 25 nov) does it mean that if someone buys shares on 24th nov, will be qualified to get the rights?

Book closure dates for rights qualification are unknown, they have not been communicated.

i bet the rights issue date books closes on 25th November. the simultaneous conversion and rights may take several days, i presume two weeks.

I believe so too. But I'm sure they'll announce the closure date when they announce the rights' price in like one week.

They are awaiting CMA approval to go ahead and announce the rights price. And this might be any time from now!

CMA has no choice but to approve this one so I doubt it's moving up because of them. I placed an order of 205/- yesterday and I'm really hoping I landed it.

There were quite a no. of trades today morn at 205. Am pretty sure your order was executed. That was a great decision by you and a Great buy, becoz supply is now at 220! It won't be long before they approve and the rights price communicated.

The stock is not getting to 200... I swore to pour into it at exactly 200 and then it decides to rise Sad

Well at least i'm already heavily in it so I can't wait for my rights at below 170 bob...

I won't even bother wasting my my time applying for additional rights
