My 14yr old son is due for circumcision later this month.I am considering the 'Tara Klamp'as opposed to the normal procedure.Any one with some experience?

@Avy, I got no experience, but m old it's pretty fast and no/low pain. You can check at Marie Stoppes though

...Take your son through all the various types of circumcison (as pracised by various communities and various countries) and what each entails, what each means and what the whole concept of circumcsion is all about. Then let your 14 yr old son choose for himself....

Avy, Circumcision is not just about the cutting of the foreskin. This is about 25%. It is also about teaching the lad on how to handle pain, women and life skills. I would advice that you take your kid, thro' any type of cut but make sure that you take him to his kinmen so that he can learn about who he is and how to act. This will greatly anchor him in life. At the very least, take him to those church organised groups. I Think Therefore I Am
