@dossy7, even if they signed both Mariga and Oliech and got a Kenyan coach, my team would remain Man Utd but I would wish them well

Tomorrow is man-u's first game against the the top teams. And a derby that Mancini must win to stall the crowds baying for his blood. Let's hope for fair refereeing.

Chelsea while still looking strong must realise winning to be champions is easier than staying champions. Personally I think ancellotti needs to rethink his gameplan and have a better plan B. The midfield has not been as creative without lampard. Terry at the back has really aged, slow and needs to be replaced. Upfront Drogba seems to have lost his hunger for goals. He is not the terrorist anymore.

Wolves and Liverpool employed 4-5-1(mancity too?) and the going really proved tough. Ancelotti must get over his first time winning of the double, writing books in self-praise and concentrate on winning the league.

With the Turkish flu wrecking havoc in Carrington, I'll be content with a draw, ecstatic if we pull off another Fergie time winner. A 6th draw is equivalent to 4 losses so it doesn't really help matters.

It's a tough match...for City, Adebayor and Balotelli the only big casualties. I'm wondering how well Man Utd will hold up before the services of Giggs and Rooney resume since Nani should be fit for Sato's trip to Villa.

As long as we're not too far adrift of the leaders as we approach Jan, am confident we can take it to the wire again. I'm now feeling the Arses feel with their numerous injuries season in season out...not a good feeling

Spurs just keep dropping points, they drew last night at home to Sunderland.

@Smano....Draws are never good for any club, ask L'pool. If i were a Man Utd fan i would rather we lose our "unbeaten run" but win several of the matches we've drawn. Winning 2 games and losing 4 is the same as drawing 6 matches in a row.

@Taz, I said I would be content with a draw coz we have a very weakened side that is going to City, on any other day I would be looking at a win.

That said, I understand Tevez has picked up a thigh injury and may be out...he's their engine so that gives me hope that we can bag all 3 points if kina Bebe, Obertan and Park have a good game and Hernandez and hopefully Berba can tuck in some...of course hoping that City have an off game.

Still a draw always feels better than a lose and makes the team go into the next match psychologically stronger,

Tonight match will be tricky for united, I see United winning coz the attitude and character of united players!!!!

With a weakened man-u ravaged by a virus and missing big players, I think this will be a scoring draw.

With tail between my....We lost. But again who feels the more pain. Chelsea for losing to Mancity or Arsenal for losing to WBA or Man-u for drawing/

Arsenal and man-u failed to capitalise on chelsea's slip. They should be kicking themselves sore!

This was after they lost to Man City

@MC Reggae...@Taz is right. Am in the pensioners blue team - chelsea. But always keeping tabs on going-on's at man-u and arsenal.

@Taz ...Given the slip over the weekend, I would be happy if Man-u loses and we win. That will restore the 5 point cushion at the top. A draw will also be a good mid-week gift to take the points difference to 4.

@Njunge..by the vampire I presume you mean Tevez. The guy always plays like a person possessed in this kind of matches.

Last season man-u won more of the manchester derbies...courtesy of late wins and luck (and referees?).

Mancity has strengthened and with luck they can squeeze in some goals.

I would still hazard a guess of a draw.

@njunge...the gunners should be weary of wolves.

why didn't you say that before the game. i do not like argueing with guys who only have the balls to comment after seeing the score board.

Man-shitty was just too scared to lose...

Man United were the underdogs and the performance wasn't bad compared to some of our recent outings.

All said, we are right behind the league leaders...so just imagine when United will be firing on all engines? d'oh!
