Who said these 'witnesses' aren't going for the highest bidder.

Where do you think the Maize/ land scandal money went.
They accepted to be bribed to lie about Ruto . Now they can accept to be bribed to lie about KHRC.Depending on who pays higher

Those so called witnesses are fake. They first need to explain why they accepted bribes to implicate the fellow - Ruto. PEV was a very serious.
