Hi all,

looks like after the so much hyped ICC visit success, Ruto learned something new, something that he did not know...

...that ICC is just but a mill for grinding rumours and propagada...

...that the the authors of two reports (KNCHR and Waki) did not give individuals whom they adversely mentioned in their findings an opportunity to give their side of the story, and therefore their conclusions were lased with falsehoods and malice...

...that all those victims of PEV who gave adverse evidence against him were in every sense of the word political mercenaries recruited, coached, given money and promised a comfortable life outside the country....

...that finally he is innocent and clean and therefore should not be bothered again in future...

phew!!!!! what an adventure!!!!

...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

I think what really happened was that trip was a failure. Hence his next step now to start questioning the integrity of the reports, evidence, etc.

Trip was a total failure, was actually a fishing expedition to find out what dope MO had against him. WR objected to a PEV tribunal, questioning its credibility, then said the KNHCR report was wrong - based on rumors & even refused to appear before it, and now he says ICC's witnesses are paid! So he's going to give us the impartial witnesses/ court?!
Please don't insult our intelligence WR - your actions lend credence to the judgment from the court of public opinion that your hands are dripping with blood of innocent people you christened madoadoa/ sangari. Go fry till you are charcoal black!

From his body language and belligerent demeanour, it would seem that the trip was futile.

according to WR, he "fought" for RAO after the disputed elections (and probably RAO owes him..i wouldn't know what)...he is one bitter man!
The man had initially rubbished at investigations by ICC that they would take forever to conclude...i guess it is too late...and if it was to take forever, he wouldn't even qualify to run for presidency come 2012. I still don't understand why the media keeps hyping his visit to the hague as "bravery"...he probably set a few rules before boarding the aeroplane e.g. no arrests will be made on his visit...etc.
He looked very worried after his return....kwisha!

And what about the alleged intercepted communications via phone during PEV....I would like to listen to those ones!

word is going round that Ocampo did not have any time for Ruto. He met with the junior officers of investigation team. To me, if this is true, these junior officers were just pawns in their own right and are least mandated to collect prosecution evidence...

so, if Ocampo was not around for the "hero", why did the warrior waste his precious time and money?? hurting politix!!! success that never was!!

Wasnt Ocampo here, with all the time in the world? He even went to Harambee house and then to see some leopards somewhere. Where was this 'hero' then?

And what about the alleged intercepted communications via phone during PEV...quote]

hata videos taken by journalists from local media houses zimo...the noose tightens, evidence becoming water-tight. What seemed so far-fetched (prosecution at the hague taking 100 yrs) is daily becoming a chilling certaintly. The noose tightens. The goose is cooked. The guilty are afraid. Very afraid.
You are responsible for your actions, the notion acting on orders from above was summarily trashed at the Nuremberg trials. Plus the ever-smiling AG (he's keeping a low profile lately, knows he's about to lose his job, new katiba)had warned politicans of being prosecuted for crimes against humanity at the hieght of PEV. Pole for those who ignored him.

This reminds me of the statement...all those people (the victims, women and children) in Kiambaa church who were masacred are hooligans and gangs....

The warrior was following in the footsteps of the flock. Afungwe choo!!

...Days before WR went to Dan Hag, his lawyers and the ICC prosecutors agreed on some ground rules, among them:
1. WR should not be arrested during or around his visit
2. Neither party is to disclose the content, the substance of their 36hr discussion or identity of the persons present during the meeting;
3. The entire proceeding was to be video & audio recorded verbatim;
4. etc

Now, considering that the content was not to be discussed else it became prejudicial, WR had to say anything outside what was recorded at Dan Hag. This means that, whatever he talked in public is not what was said to the prosecutors...And the content and gravity of what was delivered by WR will just come to light soon..

FYI: MO was to issue sermons to the suspects by 18th Dec 2010. If this schedule is postponed for whatever reasons, then it would most likely mean that MO has got some really valid and import new leads to the planning, organization, funding and executions of the PEV...and it gonna be major!!!!!

How many times have anyone thought he / she had prepared very well for an exam, yaani questions, only to walk into the exam room, yaani interrogation room, and get shocking questions for which he had no answers?

Then he / she, when asked how the exam went, yaani the interrogation, they can merely say, it was ok? ' I think I will pass....the examiner brought unfair questions, yaani there were false witnesses against me.....'

We have seen it all!

True, I saw the dude yesterday and he looked very teriffied.

His wasnt calm as usual.

And by the way, the dude can be prosecuted for alleging that Waki witnesses were paid.

The dude is cooked.

It's true that ocampo had no time for him.

Definitely, as the saying goes a dying horse kicks more.

The bottom line is that William Ruto funded the Burning of a Church with children and women of Kikuyu decent in Kiambaa , Eldroret North.

Their blood is already haunting him.Murderer
