Please give the exact location of the plots.
Might this be in the Mlolong bros scheme or ist the By pass at Katani beyond the mission schools, that connects the area to Utawala?

@B timer, Do you have more info on the mlolongo bro's plots - as in how much they go for? Someone has been interesting me in one.

African coloner,

Its rear to get 40x80 plots in Syokimau area, maybe get full details about the plots then someone can advice you otherwise syokimau plots that are 50X100 generally are sold from anything between 700K to 1.2M depending on the area.

Yes sir,

They are 50 x 100, still no titles but should be out soon!

They range from 450 to 550K for those in prime location atherwise going a little deeper you can land yoursel one in the region of 350K.
Those touching the main Syokimau Katani road will set you 700k back.

There is potential and the price seems right.

Go to mavoko offices (athi river) they will help you.... thats for water. for sewer, not sure but i should think its the same thing. My neighbour at syoki had given me a form to fill coz the mavoko was to connect water some few months ago... but i have not followed up.

hi if anyone knows roughly the value of 10 acres located in the vicinity of katani primary school area of Mavoko.
About 9 km off mombasa road.
when valued last year on march it was 9 million, if anyone knows whether the price per acre has gone up since then and if any developments in the area are coming up would be greatful
