post the costs here....was the 60 percent arrived at randomly or did you do speed tests before and after.

This is how it works:
1.Install Java virtual machine in your computer.
2.Install Opera mini.
3.Modify Opera mini's conf.file.
The Benefits
Opera Mini web browser is essentially a user interface. Much of the actual processing is done via Opera’s intermediate servers, with content optimized and compressed on the back-end for delivery over the Internet to the Opera Mini front-end. Which also means that the content can’t be filtered by ISPs (at least without meaning to intentionally block Opera Mini), thus there are no blocked websites.
Despite being designed for smart phones and similar hand-held devices, there are a couple of good reasons for deploying Opera Mini on the Windows platform. Most importantly, web developers can verify their code against the Opera Mini rendering engine. Opera Mini can also provide a rather nice alternative web browser in bandwidth-limited situations, such as using a dial-up connection, since Opera’s intermediate servers optimize and compress content.

The normal Opera browser offers a new turbo browsing feature for slow networks by compressing data by upto 3 times and its fast....saves a lot of cash and time.

Hi,
Wow!
Thank you so much nextngema.Works perfect for me.It has made my web browsing really fast and cheap.My yu network used 2 b slow,now I don't have wait for web pages to open and with just 20 MB i.e 6 sh I can browse the whole day.
This is how i have done it:
1.Install java(http://www.java.com)
2.Unzip microemulator on the pc(http://www.microemu.org)
3.Open the modified opera mini(received by email from nextngema@yahoo.com)
