you just need a good copier,dont go for those automated ones look for the manual ones,easier and cheap to maintain.
for largescale,go for a bigger machine.in town there are so many people doing the same biz but dont be afraid of the competion,as long as u provide good service and do clean copies,ul always be ahead.
location,look for the best location.
Dont jus do copying,combine it with other services like typesetting,scanning,lamination and binding.
A point to note,Never do photocopyn without also offering binding services esp for your case you want largescale.
