What happenned to Centum 1.10 Bonus share?

Has any one has the information of Centum bonus share 10.1 or it was a hoax?

Company Bonus of 1:10 (1 share for every 10 held). Book Closure 16-July-2010. Posting; Subject to Approval.

This is on the agenda for the AGM scheduled for 24th September. It is only after shareholders have approved a resolution for the bonus shares that this can be presented to the CMA for ratification. It may therefore take at least another 2 weeks before they can be posted into CDS accounts or certificates printed.

so what happens to the share price here. this counter has been very unpredictable
African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

In my opinion there will be hardly be any impact, especially if the shares are deposited at about the same time as the Half Yr announcement. Even if the share price changes, it is unlikely to be attributable to the bonus.

We have precedents in the case of TPS (1 for 5 bonus), Jubilee (1 for 10), NIC (1 for 10 bonus), NMG etc (1 for 10 bonus?).
