Ups-Infrastructure Development, CDF, NSE, sound economic policies, space for the media.
Downs-Inaction during PEV, failed to fight corruption during the most crucial moment (first few days).

Baks yuko yuuuu tu sana!
We will miss this guy for his humility and, like one said, sound economic policies.
In his reign, entrepreneurs have become wealthy, the culture of savings n investment has really increased, among many others.
Indeed, yote yawezekana bila Toro!

Total failure and indecisiveness. Not talking about insecurity,Anglo leasing, maize, oil,Cockar report, but talking about his marriage life. He has lost touch with the common mwananchi. But don't blame him, this is not the man we elected in 2002. Those who voted for him or against him in 2007 knew that he is a different man. Just praying for a new constitution to be in place before end of 2009.

20 months down the line....I am changing my opinion on HE Mwai Kibaki.... every day I watch him on TV ... I get to admire him.... The man has changed ... The Mwai I saw on Citizen today ... is not The man 20 months ago....

An asserive man ready to walk the talk on correuption.... surely if you are a public servant ... minister or otherwise and there is any corruption rumors in your ministry .... /office ...... OGOPA ....you are on your own......Hata ukitaja Kenren.... you will need a truck road of evidence to show MK was involved .... na utaitoa wapi?.........

the last days of Kibaki are getting better by the day .....Kibaki is setting the standards too high for the next president of Kenya.......

Mr Moi should just be ashamed wherever he is ....
