Never liked this fellow fm the start. He clearly never fitted in Gakuo's huge shoes. The city is pathetic, worse under him with estates choking with gabbage. Did he order all taxis painted yellow? His arrogant rants recently spoke of a senile young man. I just pray the 'high flying' 'flamboyant' rich whisky-taking gentleman is kicked out to oblivion.

the problem is with the system. but as from 2012 all the civic leaders must be having O-level education hence we can sieve the number of brats making it to the top leadership. the new constitution catered for such cases.
African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

Did the system change after Gakuo? if you look back to 2002 and what the city was up until 2008, the change was just amazing... and i believe the same system (if not worse) was in force.
