PLO has presidential ambitions - that's not a secret. If I was him, this is what I would do:
I would pull one hell of a Levi Mwanawasa on everyone. I would get hold of all the corrupt fellows I can get my hands on - the bigger the better. No deals, no phone calls, nothing! I push all the cases, rope in the media where certain individuals try to frustrate me. Ensure I get big time convictions and recoveries and invite the media to record all these successes. I do this for approx. 5 yrs and then vie for presidency in 2017 - hoping current tribal/party voting patterns will have become a thing of the past!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
