Wazuans,

Anyone visited the new estate somewhere in Eastlands? Are the houses well done? Are they an advisable investment for someone looking to buy a house? Your wisdom is welcome.
Lord, thank you!

I commented on Greenspan in a topic on 'Sosian Estate' elsewhere in Wazua. Here was my comment:

Went to Greenspan to look. Impressive to look at, but on talking to the askari (an innocent bystander who has no interest) I was informed that most of the purchasers of Phase I are complaining of cracks.
The apartments looked nice, save for the fact that they are five levels, as opposed to the standard accepted four levels (A CCN building regulation requirement?). Add to that the fact that the fifth level is being sold at a ksh 200,000 discount. Further add the fact that that the floor plan on their website shows FOUR levels. Something failed to add up

A friend of mine has bought maisonnette(through mortgage) phase one. There are complaints of cracks and a number of other defects which they have requested to have rectified but they are being taken around.

Selling price of phase two is 7.6m (or 7.8m)...

Estate is opposite jacaranda estate and borders donholm and tena/umoja 2

Greenspan estate is at should i say opposite jacaranda estate or next donholm on your way to Kayole or Komarocks if you board a Double M. One thing that i should state clearly, unless the government does something on the road bypasses...traffic jam to and from that place is crazy. As for the housing quality they seem okay but should get more value for the said price. www.propertyzte.com
