A sizable number of MPs were in on the maize saga including one overgrown baby from a flood prone area - who wanted to form an official opposition coalition. The maize is what shut him up. Ever heard him contradicting RAO ever since the maize scandal became public?
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
