Is this a good deal? There's talk of an airport being built in the area plus the highway is close by. What's your take?

buy..yeah.

Nakuru has been rated by most agents as the fastest growing owing to one fact of atleast all the banks represented.

Do a comprehensive search and take time to survey for better deals...there is always another one..always.

all the best as u invest.

blesings.

people buy land for various reasons. to that effect one should know the actual properties. you wouldn't buy a rocky place if you intend to farm.
nakuru is a large description, so give details, how far from town. blah blah

i am seeing a situation where people here are treating 'land purchasing' as if they are walking into a shopping mall. 'nipatie ile.
there are things one shouls ask first and foremost.
1. what type of lease is the land or if it is leasehold or free hold.
2. why is the owner selling?
3. is it subdivided? or it's a block
4. has it been developed?
and many others depending on what you need to use it for.
