Tuvok,

That mileage is for mostly highway driving with little city driving. I must add that these vehicles are very sensitive to dust and maintenance is critical.

I love my X-Trail. Guys, let us compare X-Trail with Honda CR-V, Rav-4, Mitsubishi Pajero IO which are spoorts activity vehicles. 2.0 litre engines.

By the Way there is a 2.5 Litre engine X-Trail too.

Auto - Front Wheel drive until the vehicle looses traction when it engages all wheel drive..
LOCK.. 4wd function which disengages back to 2wd (Front) when the vehicle speeds up and the traction is OK.
Mine is not a button but a dial.. so the sequence is always.. 2WD--> AUTO---> LOCK.. I really doubt it can cause the vehicle any damage if you choose any of the modes while in motion at any speed.. i have moved from 2wd to manual and have never had any problem whatsoever.. i have never tried Auto to Lock at high speeds though..

Hello good people.

I am debating on purchasing an X trail for 1.3m. Is this a good deal? Cain i get another better SUV at relatively same price?

How is the consumption of a 2000cc 2009/10 and roughly what is the mileage per litre?

Thanks a lot and any advice will highly appreciated?
