Who will manage my assets

Wazuans,

I currently reside outside the country.

Nime nunua manyumba na mashamba Kenya lakini si ishi Kenya waleo.

Those assets of mine are being managed by relatives but they (relatives) are proving to be untrustworthy in their dealings with me.

Does anyone know of a company that manages assets for someone outside the country for a fee in Kenya?

Please point me in the right direction.

This guys are good at what they do,
Had the same problem but once i contracted them the problem was sorted out now i get everything banked promptly at a small management fee which i find reasonable.

Know someone who does for diaspora investors. His terms are 1. Property must be in Nairobi, 2. Rent paid intact directly to your local bank account 3. His management fee is 5% of rent paid in arrears every three months(only when the property is occupied 4. He will arrange for payment of land rent and Kajo rates 5. He will arrange for payment of property insurance. 6. He will also get tenants and ensure their issues are in order (water, electricity, service charge payments).
