I hate to be the one having to say this but you really don't want to know who are the real "sellers & owners" of Ruai. The silence itself in this case is the answer.

Shame on you Ruai......95% of plots dont have title deed, and are owned by certificate of ownership from Emakasi Ranching co.ltd......mugo kibiru rd, Ngong rd......Shame on you .investing in plot without a title deed my be suicidal!Shame on you

True most plots in Ruai have certs from Embakasi Ranching, but see the palatial homes coming up as you go along the eastern bypass.

Just be careful u don't buy a plot with a dispute of ownership (double allocation) as there are cases of that and some in the ranching co are crooks.

However, if you get from an original allotee u r good to go, the company facilitates the transfer of certificate.
