REAL Insurance is offering for subscription through a private placement 7,048,581 New Ordinary shares and offering for sale 2,824,860 Fully Paid and Issued Ordinary Shares of KSh.20.00 each at an offer price of KShs.66.00 each.

The minimum application is KShs.1,000,000.00 and maximum KShs.100,000,000.00.

Any info on statistical performance of the last few years! How many shares will be on offer? what kind of pe are we talking of at the offer price of KES 66.

Please do the analysis and let have your thoughts on the company. I wish someone could do a comparative analysis with CIC

I wonder what would have advised their price of Kshs 66/-. Seems quite expensive if you compare with CIC!
