I need to know all the places where i can train/play badminton around nairobi. Especially around langata road,mombasa road, south c OR B.

@subzero try MOW sports club in south c saw some table tennis tables and an area for the badminton Kenya ni yetu sisi sote

checked out MOW. they don't have badminton.
I hear sports are more effective in maintaining weight than even gym and aerobics. and that badminton is one of the best.
