Some of these luxury cars coming to Kenya tend to have very high mileages, the mileages are then tampered with once the cars reach mombasa. There are also a few stolen cars coming in from South Africa, i know someone who bought a 2008 BMW 7series for 3 million.

However the general increase in luxury cars is as Mwatha said...people have money and confidence in the economy. Kenya has a rapidly expanding middle class who want to live good life but can't afford to buy brand new.
