Hi Guys,

Great work you have been doing on this site in terms of creating awareness to wealth building. Just came across your site.

Quick question. I have recently been offered a plot for sale. The size is 40 x 80 and it is going for sh490,0000 in embakasi i believe.

I this the going rate for such plots? I have been away from the country for 10 years and as such have no knowledge whether this is a good deal.

All help is much appreciated.

Where in Embakasi? Embakasi is large. If it's in the slums area then it's expensive, If it's Dandora, Umoja area then it's on point and if it's Donholm area then you've landed yourself a good deal.

I am not familiar with these areas but i am told it is near the GSU training school.

Is that expensive?

Hi Guys,

Any info on this plot price would be highly appreciated.

I am in dire straits here on wanting to know whether to close this deal or not.

Additional info is that the plot is in Utawala by the bypass.

Is sh 490,000 for a 40x80 plot a good deal?

Make sure the papers are right,go and see the site and development,be ware of conmen, do a search and get yourself that plot,those plots were going for btw 250k to 400k 3yrs back and with the bypass in place am sure its the best price.if you dont want it,am willing to buy it pls email mlennyma@yahoo.com
