I would wish many get to know this.
We have two types,one under chapter 300 and the other is under chapter 281.
Under chapter 300,or the free hold type,once you acquire the property the whole title is destryed and you get another bearing your name on it.

Under chapter 281,when you acquire the property,we have a name endorsment at the back and thats it.
