There's this insurance company -CONCORDE- taking me round in circles regarding my refund. I sold my vehicle in late june,thus cancelled my comprehensive insurance which was due to expire in jan next year. they have completely refused to make a refund giving all sorts of excuses over the last 3 months like 'file imepotea' blah blah. My brokers says he's now helpless and want me to deal directly with the insurance. Any help?
