I personally would look at it this way (and perhaps many other subscribers...)

What are my chances with Zain (1 in 4 million?)
What are my chances with SCOM (1 in 12 million?)

That is perhaps why SCOM makes the prize five fold...

Eitherway, I do not see people using up more that usual money, at least not more than they are after the tariffs dropped (I;d say people are talking abt 25% more...for half the cost).

Fuel is up, commodities are up, etc...are people really going to start yakking away more than usual just to win millions?

Another way to look at it is that the Msoto of Pain aka Butty (or pain in the butty) means you could receive a bouncing cheque, get zungushwad when it comes to payment or see Pain close shop before you get your money.

Am I wrong or do I understand that the scon promotion only targets dealers i.e. you and I not welcome.

Interesting....Zain gives you points for talking (Using airtime),Safaricom gives you points for loading (Doesn't matter whether you use your airtime)

Whoever allowed that advert to be put on TV should have been a half asleep/non Kenyan or had no idea what 'Kiwashili sanifu' is. Have you heard where they say 'watu wakumi kushinda 50,000 kila siku'?
