just buy a land and build it costs less. Using perfo....whatever it is called....material, it even costs lesser.

Inaitwa SIP technology. There are experts on this on wazua. But buy and build will cost less. Imagine there are bungalows at 11M past the interchange on MSA road

Check out this ongoing development by KPA Pension Scheme. I would say their work elsewhere has been above average. Expect some delays in completion dates though. The units were going for 8M before construction started, now 8.5M. Should appreciate quite well due to proximity to CBD.
