Donde Bill-CBK Rates

Everyday there is talk on tv about interest rates going down we have seen several interviews with no less than cbk , what is puzzling me is that why cant we bring back the donde bill

There seems to be no talk at all of donde bill , if you want to bring rates down put a cap on maximum and minimum so bring back the done bill

Banks are paying 4%per cent on deposit and charging 16% on loans , this means they are making 400% on selling their products , i wonder in which business you can make 400 percent profits

They say that the Treasury has raised almost a third of all domestic borrowing in the past two months alone. If they slow down or stop borrowing, the rates should sort themselves out.
