SK lawyers,kindly advice. how can i ensure that ka-ploti i own wherever is not grabbed? am sure you saw the story in one of the dailies today whereby some coast MP and 'others' illegally got a second land title and used it as collateral for a bank loan. offcourse the other co-owners were not consulted. Its alleged the MP and co went to ministry of lands and claimed the original title was missing/lost. so wakapewa provisional title. now the bank wants to auction over non payment of the loan advanced. what can i as an individual do over and above making sure i keep all the relevant makaratasi safe? akina shaft mpo??
