Listen Fxtech...from your username and previous posts I guess you must be a fx trader. The amount of capital that you have is enough to trade (about usd 6250). Now if you are looking for more capital to allow you make more returns why dont you work slowly towards that goal. You can do an account with reasonable leverage and soon enough you can be able to trade a larger account with a higher leverage and so on. Better than to strat asking folks for their capitaal which in the FX market is less than assured as you very well know.

What business? What's the ROI? SWOT analysis? Why 1m and not 800k or 1.2m for example? Why not get a loan from a bank - with your 500k and a good business proposal/plan this should not be that hard.

Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
