I understand Kenya will execute the ICC warrant and arrest Sudan's President Omar Bashir.He is attending the promulgation today.cant wait to see it !

I understand the ultimatum is if they don't arrest almost all international agencies will be closed or moved, UNEP headquarters and other regional UN heads could move out within a year. They now have a good reason to leave Nairobi now!

Should we (kenya) arrest this guy or not?

I dont know what would be the repercussions but l know it would send a clear message to the masterminds of the PEV.

only a dumb president would allow the arrest of a guest (sitting president or otherwise) he has invited.

Obasanjo did it with Taylor. Remember the sequence of events? But the question is 'Why was he invited?'. What value did he add? Too much trouble for nothing! What callibre of advisors do our so called leaders have?

@maich, was Taylor a sitting President during his arrest?NO!he was actually in exile there and the Liberian gvt requested his extradition.El Bashir represents the Sudanese people and any arrest would spoil relations btwn the 2 countries
