BBK stock at NSE. It has delivered > 8% without fail for the last 3 years and there is no sign of stopping. And it is "relatively" affordable too Dumb money becomes dumb only when it listens to smart money

Depends from what angle you look at it. There are times where the price was sub-10 meaning if you got it at that price then you will be consistently be getting >10% dividend year in year out.
For example i got in KCB in January 2017 at 24 bob and have been raking > 12% dividend year-in-year-out irrespective of whether dividend goes up or stagnates.
Kenya power promises to one day give me a >14.2% div year in year out. ABP kshs. 3.50 Dumb money becomes dumb only when it listens to smart money

I am not sure if companies can promise continuous payments of dividends or interest on securities, although they are usually having good yields. In this sense, for safer investment, it is better to place money on savings or Treasury bills
