There seems to be doubt over Zain's claim to per second billing. Those of you who have Safcom and Zain lines please carry out an experiment and report back. Query you balance, then make a 30 second call, query your balance again.

Report back truthful results. Were you charged 3 bob or less?

Just called a safcon line from Zain, was charged 1 bob.

Applause "KENCEL", or whatever it was, game is not being played by Zain. The calls r charged per second. If u do not believe it, why not try it?

Confirmed it is per second........and not a promotion! And it appears they have set the maximum everyone must go lower or match them or perish....
