Note that less than 5% of venture capital goes to early stages of companies that is those taking the risk to develop innovative products. Usually venture capital follows innovation, these capitalists seek companies that are already with working capital, products and business models. They come with their money and most times their management style and sometimes a few people to compliment the exixsting team and drive the company to the heights they wish.
