I think u are going too far in misinterpreting the world cup people started worship the calf long time ago when they started using money.

Money is the modern golden calf.not the world cup.

Could this thing be a fake cup ( or trophy for that matter)??? Am just curious because TV pictures show inscriptions below the cup of previous winners. Italy the last winner is missing!! It shows Brazil 2002,France 1998,Brazil 1994...etc.

Guys this thing is fake!!!
