@Slammers, Schwarzer is coming to Emirates and might be available for the Blackpool game.....Djohan is also back. Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

TAZ, Now it's about the form of Rooney, the other day it was all about old and injury prone players......hope you have witnessed the two man of the match appearances by one Paul Scholes!!! The Spurs got a big scare from the young boys jana usiku....wa!!!! Live at Nyayo Stadium this evening beginning 7PM.....K'ogallo Vs Ulinzi!!!!.....see you there!!!! ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".

McReggae....What i'm saying is that Berbatov cant be relied upon to get the goals, he's too inconsistent. Ozil was supposed to be the direct replacement for Scholes who has a habit of picking red cards and injuries.
Harry redknap looked so miserable and defeated....3 - 0 down in 35 minutes against young boys!!!

It's good to see some Arse fans who are acknowledging that their team has some way to go before it can mount a serious challenge for the title.... I was even more impressed to see Ian Rush yesterday saying that he expects Chelsea to win the league this year and that Liverpool might do well next season if Roy Hodgson is given time and room to renew them....saa zingine mtu hukubali. Spurs have a lifeline after the Roman goal, but what a nightmarish 1st half, literally...I think they'll still make it but they cannot underestimate those young boys... I'm hoping Auxerre beat Zenit at home so that we can also see Oliech in the CL. As for Ozil, I had really hoped he'd come to Man Utd but who doesn't want to play for Real? Hopefully Jose will have to shed off a few players and we can pick up a nice midfield reject like Kaka (that does not even sound right in my mouth but might be so at Santiago this season), though I doubt he'd make a mark in the brutish EPL. Aug.31st bado,I still think we need another recognized midfielder and solid defender for depth but am also confident like the SAF himself that tuko poa kama Meja! BEER IS LIVING PROOF THAT GOD LOVES US AND WANTS US TO BE HAPPY!

Question for Chelsea fans...with the departure of Carvalho, wont it be raining goals given that none of the central defenders is really quick?
Spurs blamed the artificial turf for their loss but I think the high energy game agaisnt City also contributed

slammers wrote:as an arsenal fan i predict we wil finish 3rd unless AW buys a gk, central defender, n drops gael clichy to the bench. The dude is out of form Seriously!!! Gael Clichy to be dropeed!! ndio Traore achukue ama? The guy will do good, watch this space, but for sure Goalkeeper na Central defence ni muhimu for Arsenal

@ nostoppinthis.....Wenger is not looking for a long-term goalkeeper. We already have a world class keeper by the name SZCZESNY but he's only 19. Two or three years down the line he'll be ready for the first team. Til then Schwarzer would be the ideal signing, he's less expensive than given and is experienced.

Wowow!!...That Blackberry lad is the next hottest property to come out of Kenyan football....Forget Oliech and Mariga......That was a gem a goal......Unfortunately,even if the officiating was wanting, can't Gor fans express themselves without throwing stones?....Very disgusting!! Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

I have watched over the years talented players turned into potato by moving to clubs that have all the money to buy star players. In mind say DECO,MICHAEL BALLACK,KALOU,OWEN,and many more.I am worried the likes of milner are headed the same way. Advice is like snow. The softer it lands the harder is sticks.

Despite this, there is a clear bias...maybe bcoz of the label on them

Nostoppingthis......One of the stones injured the assistant ref. One thing that really disgusted me about Gor's players jana was the lack of professionalism in the pitch. Focus on the game!
The blackberry goal was breathtaking, the kid has skills.

On kenyan football, the violence will only end once kenyans realise that we can express our disagreement in non-violent ways. Violent protests are not the preserve of the football game. Remember PEV, councilors at city hole, even church disputes!
Sometimes our behavior reinforces the 'monkey' racist tag!
My apologies to those offended.

Dont quite agree with you examples. Deco came to chelsea as a 'pet' of scolari and ended up causing changing room unrest. He really didnt click in the physical game. Can you compare him to for example Modric of spurs? Nope. Ballack had his good years but overtime he aged. Wasnt quick enough recently. Mikel is doing Ballack's job. Kalou has not been wasted. He players often and with chelsea's formation he cant always start. Also note that Kalou cant bag-in as many goals as say Drogba or Anelka. I also think he holds the ball for too long and tries too many fancy strikes. Do you see him starting for any of the top four as a lone striker? Owen's Man-u contract was a case of He needing Man-u more than Man-u needing him. I however agree with you Milner is making a mistake going to mancity. But i think the salary has him hooked!
